Hot water at 1 Euro is ridiculous!!! The bathroom door requires slamming to close properly!!! Noise from other guests in the hall at odd hours is disruptive!!! Better room sound insulation is absolutely necessary!!!

Had a great time with friends! The area is charming, and we enjoyed local spots for food and drinks. Visiting nearby attractions was a breeze, as the train station is super close, getting us to the center quickly. The room was functional and clean, perfect for our needs, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great wi-fi and convenient luggage lockers. Rooms were a bit small and noisy.

Convenient location with comfy beds

This hotel is just a short stroll from Zaandam Train Station, making it super easy to reach Amsterdam in around 12 minutes by train. The bed in my room was quite comfortable, and I appreciated the centralized air-conditioning that kept the room cool during warm nights. I noticed that room cleaning was not included and required an extra charge, which was a bit unusual for a hotel stay.

The room was super cozy, with a powerful shower and USB charging points right next to the bed! I loved having a comfy spot to unwind after exploring the city. Plus, the nearby supermarket and restaurants made grabbing a snack or meal so easy!

The location is conveniently close to the train station, making trips to the city quick and easy—approximately 20 minutes to the central area. the area feels safe and offers a variety of shops for necessities, including a supermarket just steps away. room cleanliness came at an additional cost, and the noise insulation was lacking, leading to disturbances during nighttime. Despite the excellent location, the management's approach to guest incidents and room conditions left something to be desired.

The room had a charming, cozy vibe with decor that made it feel welcoming. I'm no spring chicken, but the quick walk to the train made it feel like I was light on my feet again!

Additional pillows for comfort would be appreciated.

excelent location in zaandam, really close to the train station which is super convenient for getting to amsterdam central. room was pretty decent and had great views, especialy from the 11th floor. i liked that there are a lot of shops and cafes nearby, made it easy to grab stuff. for a short stay, it’s worth the price, comfy bed too! the free wifi was a good bonus.

the walls are really thin so you can hear noise from nearby rooms, and the cleaning service didn't come during my stay which was kinda annoying.
